Despite the prevailing norms of the time where women were a rarity in the valve business, she embraced the challenge and forged her path. In 1991, Jane founded GAVC, and since then, she has been committed to providing personalized service and expertise to our customers. What keeps her motivated is the thrill of tackling each quote request, tailoring solutions to meet the customers' needs, and ultimately seeing tangible results in the form of orders.
At GAVC, we pride ourselves on maintaining a personal touch with our customers, whether through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions. She’s been a part of the GAVC team full time since 2020, finding solace and purpose in its welcoming atmosphere and the stability it offers amidst uncertain times. What she cherishes most about her work here is the laid-back, judgment-free environment and accepting the challenges of providing customers with the same level of expertise they have come to expect from GAVC. Our customers also contribute to the unique appeal of GAVC, as they embody a refreshing respect and understanding seldom found elsewhere. Here, there's no room for demanding attitudes or entitled behavior; instead, we foster a culture of mutual respect and appreciation.

Drawn by new challenges and opportunities, Vlad is the news member of the GAVC team joining in March 2024. Since then, every day has been a learning experience, filled with excitement and the promise of growth. At GAVC, he quickly found a sense of belonging and purpose. One of the aspects he enjoys most about my role is the chance to meet new people and foster meaningful relationships with both individuals and other businesses. Being part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and teamwork is incredibly rewarding. We service many different industries, including chemical, paint, food processing, pharmaceuticals, paper, and more. We excel in meeting customer needs and obtaining specialty products.
